Elon Musk Is OFFICIALLY Buying Twitter | Twitter to go Private!

Hello all,

This week I am breaking down Elon Musk's offer for Twitter and it getting accepted by the board. The proposed $44B all-cash deal to take Twitter private was accepted today at a price of $54.20/share.

The most common question I got today: “Should I buy Twitter if the current price is under $52 but Elon Musk intends to buy the entirety of Twitter for $54.20 per share?”

The answer is complicated, but I address them ALL in the video below.

There are a lot of things to digest in this video including the future of Tesla, which is a valid question to consider as Elon Musk is becoming increasingly spread thing across all of his endeavors.
